Knitting fabrics are connected by the coils. According to different weaving methods, they are divided into two categories: stem fabrics and weatian fabrics.
The method of distinguishing between the scriptures and the weir fabrics, the most accurate is to observe the structure of the tissue through the microscope, distinguish from their weaving principles, and understand the difference between their weaving principles. It can also be distinguished by the fabrics of the scriptures or weft. Its intuitive difference is that the front and back lines are consistent with the weft, and the vertical is the scripture.
Observation under microscope:
Observation of the scriptures under the microscope, its weaving principle is arranged on the knitted needle in one or several groups of parallel arranged yarns, while woven along the sequence of vertical (sutra).
Observing the weft editing under the microscope, the weaving principle is to feed one or several roots from the handle of the knitting machine from the horizontal (weft), so that the yarn sequentially bent into a circle, and it is formed by stringing.
Division of the naked eye:
1. Use your hand to maximize the sample, observe the tissue direction of the yarn, to determine whether the scripture or weir fabric, and the extension of the fabric is to take the Z shape along the vertical. If you walk in a shape, refer to the gauze direction of the tissue structure under the microscope. (Usually the direction of the front and back lines is the same as the weir fabric, and the vertical is the weaving fabric.)
2. If the sample is full, generally speaking, the neat fabrics with cloth edges and cloth edges are not necessarily weatian fabrics without cloth edges.
3. Trimmix the samples along the lines of the cloth, and then try to tear the four sides of the sample in turn. One side of the weft will be dispersed, and the whole roots will be pulled out.
